Has my order shipped?
 
  • Click the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site, then go to "Review Orders" to check your order's status.
How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
 
How do I track my order?
 
  • You should receive an email with tracking information when your order ships.
  • If you do not receive such an email, you can click the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order.
  • You can also scroll to the bottom of the site and select the "Order Tracking" link.
When will my order ship?
 
  • While we do keep stock of our molds, sometimes we may be out. In these cases, we make the mold(s) to order in a process which can take up to two weeks.
